1. Financing- I will finance any tract of land I offer for sale. You are welcome to compare my rates with your bank and then decide what works best. I do not require financial statements nor do I request Tax returns. I only ask that you choose a monthly payment that fits your budget. DO NOT take o too much. You can always purchase more real estate in a year or two as your income improves.
2. Most of my land is located in the Maggie Valley area or Waynesville area. Just west of Asheville. I have future plans for some development in the eastern part of Haywood County.
3. Elevations run from 2,500 feet up to 3,500 feet. I think these elevations are just perfect for excellent views and very nice summer days. You will be sleeping under covers in the summer for sure. No need for A/C either but this is your option. Make sure you build a BIG fireplace, what fun.

9. Gated communities. Many us react to Gates as High End "too many controls and restrictions". This is not the case with my properties.
